NAFS is a community-based organisation, which supports socially isolated women, elderly and people from BAME communities and their young families, to improve their health and wellbeing.

Nadera Amini, Founder of NAFS, aims to empower women, especially from BAME communities, to participate in sporting activities in order to fulfil their sporting potential. She recognises the barriers women face accessing support for health and wellbeing and aims to encourage them to enjoy sports such as netball, football and even Zumba, as well as general social activities to feel happy and get fit.

NAFS offer a wide range of sport and social activities and more information can be found here.
